There’s something unique about working in Early Childhood Family Education.
You’re supporting children, parents, and families while teaching, facilitating, observing, coaching, and navigating the everyday unpredictability of group work. It’s meaningful work, but it can also feel isolating.
Sometimes you just want to talk through a tricky situation with someone who gets it.
That’s why we created this professional development series specifically for ECFE instructors and parent educators.
A Place to Learn and Connect
Join Jen & Beka live on Zoom for four one-hour sessions designed around the real work of supporting young children and families.
This isn’t a sit-and-listen webinar. Each session will be shaped by your questions, experiences, and areas of interest.
Together, we’ll:
Explore real-world Parent Ed, Child Ed, and Programming challenges
Share practical strategies and ideas
Think through tricky situations
Reflect on our practice
Learn from other ECFE professionals
Build connections with colleagues who understand the unique nature of this work
And maybe most importantly, you’ll have an opportunity to pause, connect, and remember that you’re not doing this work alone.
Registration includes all four sessions. The group will be limited to 10 to 25 participants to create space for meaningful conversation and connection.
A Certificate of Participation is included. Check with your local CEU committee regarding eligibility for clock hours.
Maybe what you need isn't another training.
Maybe you need a place to ask the question you’ve been carrying around.
A place to hear, “We’ve been dealing with that too.”
A place to leave with a new idea, a practical strategy, or simply the reminder that you’re not the only one navigating this wonderfully complicated work.
